Historically seating has been unallocated at QFT, but with the new measures in place to ensure appropriate social distancing we are now allocating our seats. To ensure social distancing within the screens, we have blocked off every other row and three seats to either side of any booking. We have a guide to booking online available to view here.
Due to changes in Queen’s University Belfast phone’s system we can no longer take payment over the phone. You can book online at any time or in person at the Box Office or Bar. If you’re having any difficulty booking please contact us on email@example.com. If you are trying to redeem a complimentary ticket we can do this over the phone on 028 9097 1097.

We follow BBFC guidelines. Find them here. If you look under the age of these restrictions, i.e. under 15 or under 18, you may be asked to show ID. We occasionally have films that are yet to be classified by the BBFC, in this case we are able to suggest a recommended age limit based on BBFC guidelines. These recommendations are legally binding and we will not permit entry to anyone under the recommended age.
Yes. QFT is open to all. Certain films will be age restricted in line with BBFC age restrictions. If you look under the age of these restrictions, i.e. under 15 or under 18, you may be asked to show ID. We operate the Challenge 25 policy at our bar when serving alcohol. If you look like you could be 25 or under, we may ask to see ID to prove you are over 18.
