Support Us

Following advice from the Government and the Public Health Authority, we took the difficult decision to temporarily close QFT from Tuesday 17 March.

We currently don’t know when we’ll reopen in this ever-evolving situation. QFT has always relied on support from our patrons and our funders to supplement our box office and bar income. Any support you can provide will help us secure our future.

Ways you can support QFT

Become a QFT Member

Become a member for £35 and get access to brilliant films online. Plus, your year of in-cinema benefits won't start until the day we reopen.

Buy a Gift Card online

Give someone the gift of a trip to the cinema. Valid for a year from when we reopen.

Donate

It's quick and easy to send us a few pounds if you've got them spare.

Adopt-a-seat

Want your name in dimmed lights? You can by adopting one of our Screen 1 plush seats.

Thanks!

We’ve already had an outpouring of love on our social media channels and in our inboxes. Every kind word helps motivate us as we plan how to get through this closure and our great return.

Keep an eye on our social media and your inbox for ways to keep a little QFT in your life during social distancing. Two things you can get involved with right now are #watchinginNI and #WeAreQFT

Started by Sara Gunn-Smith from Film Hub NI, #watchinginNI shows off what we’re all watching while stuck in the house. Maybe you’ll find some suggestions or turn someone onto their new favourite film.

#WeAreQFT continues throughout our closure, highlighting all the people who make QFT what it is. From our audience members to staff and guests, it shows our community, in all its differences and similarities.  If you're interested in taking part, please email Michael on m.delaney@qub.ac.uk.

Looking forward to welcoming you back into the cinema soon.

Love from Team QFT
