Shame, shame if you don't know her name. In an Oscar winning performance, Julie Christie is Diana Scott in John Schlesinger's swinging '60s classic, Darling. Stylishly 4K restored and celebrating 60 years.

After her marriage ends in failure, Diana Scott, an ambitious model, is determined to make it to the top. Using her sex appeal, she controls the powerful men around her, starting with TV reporter Robert Gold (Dirk Bogarde). But in doing so, she becomes a prisoner of the jet-setting lifestyle she once yearned for.

The film catapulted actors Christie and Bogarde to global stardom and has endured the test of time with its lush jazz score by John Dankworth and glamorous outfits by Oscar-winning costume designer Julie Harris.

The tale of the desperate, and at times tragic, pursuit of fame is as relevant in today’s image conscious society as it was back then.
