Flic (Marni Duggan) and Minna (Galaxie Clear) are best friends and high achievers at a British girls’ boarding school, fiercely focused on their futures and making it into the best possible university. Their intimate friendship and universe are challenged when they decide to become more "worldly" and embark on their big summer project to fall in love with the next person they see, who happens to be their geography teacher, Miss Delavigne (Alice Englert). Left out of the project is impressionable third wheel Phoebe (Aoife Riddell), pining for the girls' friendship but rebuffed at every turn.

At first, they both treat this project as seriously as they do their academic pursuits. But as Flic and Minna take part in the school's production of "A Midsummer Night's Dream" in partnership with a boys' school, their love project is challenged.

Extra romantic, extra messy, extra funny, Extra Geography is a story of growing pains and teenage nostalgia that is as intimate as it is universal.

The 6.15pm screening on Fri 2 Oct will be followed by a Q&A with actor Aoife Riddell.
