Reassigned to the rural village of Sandford by his jealous colleagues, police officer Nicholas Angel (Simon Pegg) struggles with the sleepy pace of life and his incompetent colleague Danny (Nick Frost). But things are not all they seem in Sandford and soon the body count is rising, and Angel doesn’t know who he can trust!
