Hide your baby brother because Jim Henson's 1986 cult classic Labyrinth is our next SCREEN/PRINT, coinciding with the tenth anniversary of David Bowie's passing. Attendees will receive a free poster by artist Tara O'Brien.

Frustrated with babysitting on yet another weekend night, Sarah (Jennifer Connelly) summons the Goblins from her favourite book, Labyrinth, to take her baby step-brother away.

When this wish is unexpectedly granted by the magical Goblin King (David Bowie), Sarah is given only 13 hours to solve the dangerous and wonderful labyrinth which leads to Goblin Castle and rescue her brother. Left with no choice, she sets out on a dangerous adventure in a land where nothing is what it seems.

Combining music, adventure, comedy and fantasy, this beloved family film boasts a cast of incredible creatures created by the Jim Henson Creature Shop, and stars the late, great David Bowie, who performs five original songs in the role of the Goblin King. 4K restored for the film's 40th anniversary.

Part of the Naughton Gallery’s SCREEN/PRINT series in collaboration with QFT and UsFolk. Attendees will receive a free specially commissioned illustrated poster by Tara O'Brien, designed for SCREEN/PRINT in 2022.
