This towering, fearless love story chronicles the lifelong relationship of conductor-composer Leonard Bernstein and Felicia Montealegre Cohn Bernstein, directed by and starring Bradley Cooper.

Detailing the life and trials of Leonard Bernstein (Cooper), a composer, conductor, and all-round musical brilliance, and his turbulent marriage to stage and screen star Felicia Montealegre Cohn Bernstein (Carey Mulligan). The composer of West Side Story, winner of countless accolades and the first American conductor to receive international acclaim, Bernstein was a titan of the classical world.

A foray through the second half of the 20th Century, with humour, beauty and grace, Maestro maturely tackles changing attitudes and prejudices towards race and sexuality. Produced by none other than Martin Scorsese, Steven Spielberg, and Todd Phillips, Maestro is an absolute cinematic (and musical) treat, that plays out deliciously on the big screen.

"When we critics complain that studio pictures don’t take risks any more, Maestro is exactly the sort of film we wish they’d make instead." Daily Telegraph

Nominated for 7 Academy Awards, including Best Picture, Original Screenplay, Cinematography, and Leading Actor Roles.
