Newly engaged sweethearts Brad (Barry Bostwick) and Janet (Susan Sarandon), stuck with a flat tire during a storm, seek help at the eerie mansion of Dr. Frank-N-Furter (Tim Curry). As their innocence is lost, Brad and Janet meet a houseful of misfits (played by Richard O'Brien, Patricia Quinn, Nell Campbell, and Meat Loaf), including Frank-N-Furter's latest creation: a muscular man named Rocky (Peter Hinwood).
