All seven stories - Najma, Asura, Shayla, Bahari, Nova, Maya, and Viva - are written by trans and queer writers of colour with myriad backgrounds reflecting this singular vision. The cohesive sensibility is designed by the filmmakers using exquisite poetry, subtle VFX, sublime animation and enveloping music.
