Wayne (Myers) and Garth (Carvey) are the most excellent hosts of a rockin' public access TV show they record in Wayne's parents' basement. When their show catches the attention of sleazy TV executive Benjamin Kane (Rob Lowe) the pair are offered a fat contract to tape their show at his commercial network. But soon they find themselves battling to save their show and win the affections of rock goddess Cassandra (Tia Carrere).

Down, Bristol-based McMillan creates illustrations and large-scale artworks for a wide range of clients. His work focuses on the interactions between bold, silly, and colourful characters with loose energetic mark-making.
