From the ashes of a nuclear war, two twin brothers, both wizards, vie for control of the earth for different reasons. Avatar (voice of Bob Holt), a good elf, wants to use his magical powers to safeguard a peaceful future, while his evil mutant brother Blackwolf (Steve Gravers) will use all the technological weapons at his disposal to kill his brother and place Planet Earth under his domain.
