This month’s CineSeekers Film Club screening celebrates the 35th anniversary of the classic animated tale The Secret of NIMH.
Don Bluth’s directorial debut, adapted from Robert C. O’Brien’s 1971 children’s novel, follows a little field mouse, Mrs. Brisby, as she befriends a group of super-intelligent rats in the hope they can help save her gravely ill son. A hugely entertaining story jam packed full of adventure, stunning animation, interesting ideas and plenty of wonderful characters.
