Selected by QFT's young programming group LUMI, Fantastic Mr. Fox is Wes Anderson's delightfully funny, all-star adaptation of Roald Dahl's classic children's book.
Mr. and Mrs. Fox live a happy home life with their eccentric son Ash and visiting nephew Kristopherson. That is until Mr. Fox slips into his sneaky, old ways and plots the greatest chicken heist the animal world has ever seen. However, with three angry farmers on his tail, Mr. Fox must resort to his natural craftiness in order to escape with the loot while also protecting his friends and family.
Despite being Anderson's first animated film, Fantastic Mr. Fox loses none of the director's trademark attention to detail and inimitable style, with a stacked cast containing regulars such as George Clooney, Meryl Streep, Bill Murray, Owen Wilson, Willem Dafoe and many more.
QFT take a stylised and symmetrical look back at some of the work of Wes Anderson, in anticipation of Asteroid City, released at the end of June.
