A terrifying and timely satire packed with exhilarating performances, the time has never been better to tune back into Network.

Fired after twenty-five years as an anchorman on UBS, Howard Beale (Peter Finch) proclaims on his last broadcast that he was going to kill himself on his final programme and, although he doesn’t, his on-air rant of self destruction becomes an unexpected ratings sensation.

Fueled by the ambitious programming executive Diana Christensen (Faye Dunaway), the focus of the network takes on a new trashy but lucrative turn that is to the disappointment of the news division president Max Schumacher (William Holden).

Winner of four Academy Awards (including a posthumous Best Actor award for Finch and Best Actress for Dunaway), Sidney Lumet's film remains as powerful and urgent almost fifty years after its release.
