Accessibility FAQs
Do you offer any concessions for disabled customers?
Yes. We have a disabled ticket (£6.50) at a lower price. We also have a claimant ticket (£6.00) for anyone in receipt of Universal Credit, PIP, and/or Pension Credit.
Do you do carer/companion tickets?
Yes. Companion tickets are available for anyone with a CEA Card. The CEA Card is a national system offer companion tickets in cinemas throughout the UK. It's £6.50 for the year and people with disabilities can apply for it here: https://www.ceacard.co.uk/
Does QFT have step free access?
Yes. QFT is accessible via a ramp at 21 University Square.
