A selection of short films drawn from the most recent Women Over 50 Film Festival (WOFFF).
WOFFF champions the work of older women on screen and behind the camera with an annual short film festival, year round events and film screenings. WOFFF addresses the ageism and sexism many women face in the film industry by putting women over 50 front and centre. As #MeToo and #TimesUp shine a light on the film industry's dark side, Women Over 50 Film Festival fights back with short films that amuse, astound and agitate.
QFT is delighted to welcome Festival Director Nuala O'Sullivan for a Q&A following this screening.
